USA Shipping & Delivery

My wearable art clothing, accessories and home goods on this site are typically manufactured per order and can take up to 7 business days in production after your order is placed (excluding holiday rush). Please note shipping time is independent from production time. Unless I have stock in house, your order drops ships from the manufacturer, located in Montreal, Canada. You will receive a thank you for your order email with notification of when your order shipped from the manufacturer with the USPS Pre-Shipment, USPS Awaiting Item label with tracking number has been created. Then your order will sit at the US/Canada border for customs inspection. The inspection process typically takes 5-7 business days. After inspection it will pass into a USPS postal hub, and then move to your address. Because this is a non-US shipper from the manufacturer to the border and not received by USPS yet, I only have access to the info in the USPS Pre-Shipment label (with tracking number) even though the items have been shipped from the manufacturer. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production, shipment and inspection. And an additional 1 week for delivery after your order is in the USPS postal system. Typically most of my orders arrive at customers addresses within 2-3 weeks (except holidays). All items are tracked, delivery times are guaranteed and the delivery status can be checked online. Shipping Time for Orders Over Four (4) Items

Your order drop ships directly from the manufacturer via USPS First Class or Canada Post Xpresspost. Orders over 4 (four) or more items need 4-5 weeks for manufacturing, shipping and delivery.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Our refund, exchange and return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we can’t offer you a full refund, exchange or return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Health and personal clothing items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.There are certain situations where no refund will be granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use or washing
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you will receive an email with shipping address and return label via FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority 2-3 day.

Your original purchase price shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Return and/or Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14-days after receiving return.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

If you paid via credit card, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded, but will gladly give you an exchange.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@encausticstudios.com and receive an email with shipping label and address for return.
